We recognise the huge gap in learning provision for young people who struggle to engage in mainstream education, have been excluded from PRU’s or where there has been a lack of provision that is able to meet the needs of the young person.
Students Home Tutoring
Tailored one-on-one support for young people with ADHD, ASD, ODD, mild learning difficulties, or mental health challenges.
We believe that every young person’s learning and development is as individual and unique as they are, therefore when we commence working with a young person
we undertake an assessment of need which feeds into the
creation of an individualised learning plan (ILP).
Features:
- We consider the views of all the relevant parties including the learners, parents and professionals throughout the planning process
- Incentive schemes are in place to reward and recognise progress in learning, development and behaviour.
- Learning & development sessions continue throughout traditional holiday periods to allow young people to stay focused on their goals.
- 6-weekly reports are provided which include attainment, attendance, effort
and behaviours.
- All our staff are DBS checked and matched with the young person to ensure they can get the best out of them in order to help them achieve.
- Parents and professionals are invited to attend wraparound meetings which look at outcomes and goals for the young person and ensure they are aligned with the students aspirations.

Friendly, patient support to help you feel confident using technology
We provide friendly and patient digital skills support, allowing you to learn at your own pace, practise each task and ask as many questions as you need.
Sessions are tailored to your current level, the device you use and the skills you would most like to develop.
Initial Digital Skills Assessment — £10
Before your sessions begin, we will complete a relaxed initial assessment to understand:
- What you would like to learn
- Your current level of digital knowledge
- Any areas where you need additional support
- Whether online, home-visit or group support would suit you best
The assessment helps us create a personalised learning plan based on your needs.
When you book a block of five or more sessions, the £10 assessment fee will be credited towards the cost of your block booking.
One-Hour Online Digital Skills Session - £30
Receive personalised, one-to-one support through Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
Your joining link can be sent directly to your phone by text message, WhatsApp or email for easy access.
One-Hour Home-Visit Digital Skills Session - £40
Receive friendly, one-to-one digital skills support in the comfort of your own home, using your own laptop, tablet or device.
Additional travel charges may apply outside the Manchester area. Any travel cost will be explained and agreed before your booking is confirmed.
Two-Hour Sessions
Two-hour online and home-visit sessions can also be booked for learners who would like more time to practise or cover several digital skills during one appointment.
Group and Family Workshops (on request)
Small-group and family digital skills workshops are also available.
Workshops can be tailored to the needs of the group and may include email, Microsoft Word, video calls, online forms, online safety and everyday digital confidence.
